“Recycle that, would see again”
Perth Cabaret Collective presents: Witching Hour
A wonderfully witchy and great time. Also, one of the best versions of Poor Unfortunate Souls I've heard.

I AM WOMAN
This show explored womanhood but felt narrow in scope. All performers were white, dressed in lingerie, with no body diversity or cultural representation. Themes of sexuality, Catholicism, and femininity were touched on but lacked depth. With no subtitles, it excluded non-English speakers and the hearing impaired. A Beyoncé-heavy soundtrack reinforced a selective vision of empowerment. Bold performances, but a broader, deeper, and more inclusive approach is needed.

Couples Therapy Comedy: Valentine's Weekend
Expected a well crafted show based on the description, but really just two separate improv performances barely about love. Bit disappointing.

Murder Village: An Improvised Whodunnit
Watching improvisers throw knives into each other’s backs is endlessly entertaining. The murders are just a bonus.
