More flannos than K-Mart. A very contemporary WA version of Romeo & Juliet.

We went to see show after really enjoying Bogan Shakespeare Pride and Prejudice, and it certainly kept up the standard! Love the modern Aus parody take on the classic play. Great energy, witty and hilarious, and nothing like a bit of incest thrown in for good measure! One of the best shows in this year's Fringe and can’t wait for the next one guys! :)

Not my thing but plenty of others seemed to like the performance so need to see it at least once to decide I think.

Fabulous performance, loved the local links whilst chucking in some good ole fashion Shakespeare! Best wishes for the tour to the regions!

A very good adaptation of King Lear with great local references sprinkled throughout. The cast clearly enjoy the work they do together and that enjoyment is passed on to the audience. The show is educational too, I had no idea Joe's Fish Shack had closed down!

This was my first ever viewing of a production of King Lear! Love seeing what BS have been up to each year - they always do a great job of making Shakespeare accessible and fun. The bods next to me were laughing their damn heads off the whole way through as well. On top of that, even though they had some mic issues the night we went the cast powered through it like absolute bloody champs. Very good eggs ;) will be back!

Jokes weren't funny, theatre too big to connect to performers and content just wasn't as refined as it usually is. Hoping for better next year
