Host of no less than 12 FRINGE WORLD Comedy Award nominated shows the last six years (incl. three Winners), The Laugh Resort Comedy Club (est 1991) has been Yagan Square's enduring gem, tucked upstairs inside The Shoe Bar & Café since 2018.

Western Australia’s uniquely not-for-profit association run for and by comedy industry practitioners, The Laugh Resort has been peer-voted Perth Comedy's Favourite Venue twice in the last five years. The longest running comedy club in the country (and birthplace of some of Australian comedy's biggest names) ramps up from one show a month year-round to multiple shows five nights a week for the duration of FRINGE WORLD.
