About this event

Winner of Best Magic Award at Adelaide Fringe (2024) and a Weekly Theatre Award at FRINGE WORLD (2023). Stuart Lightbody tells the fascinating true story of John Mullholland: a magician recruited into the CIA in 1953. An enchanting mix of magic and storytelling filled with impossible demonstrations of sleight of hand and mentalism. But as Stuart leads the audience through this dangerous game of cat and mouse, you might find yourself asking... who is trying to catch who?

“Cohesive and highly entertaining. It’s a masterpiece” ★★★★★ World Magic Review, 2024

From the winner of the Theatre Award (FRINGE WORLD 2018); Spirit of the Fringe Award (SA National Arts Festival 2019); Creative Award (Prague Fringe 2014).
