Having the world’s highest snowfall, I doubt chopper would do well in Japan. He hates snowflakes you see, and he is on a mission to stamp them out. But this is certainly not a show about climate change.

Appearing in its preview season, Heath Franklin’s Chopper – The Last Hard Bastard is now playing at The Gold Digger in the Pleasure Garden. Clad in his trademark sunnies and powder blue shirt and sporting a magnificent handlebar moustache and impressive pair of tattoo sleeves, Chopper won’t be deterred. He’s essentially the Nation’s libido, but he is not here for funny business, He’s here to save us from an impending Softcockalypse. There are warning signs everywhere, everything from veganism and gentle exercise to indecisiveness and self-diagnosis. But there is no need to panic, Chopper has the antidote. You just need to see the show to find out what it is.

As Chopper, Heath Franklin has the ability to say what we are all secretly thinking and get away with it. Although only a precious few can express those thoughts as succinctly or as hilariously as Heath does. This brand new show is 55 minutes of pure comedy genius, which had the entire crowd in fits of laughter the whole time.

It is probably not a show to bring your Nanna to though, as Chopper doesn’t mince his words, but that is actually part of his charm. So, grab yourself a ticket. Don’t let Chopper down.
